I mentioned in my other blog that the Philippines has probably the longest Christmas season in the world. I heard my first Christmas song on the radio on September 1st. Right now, the way home from work is still lined with Christmas decor, like this small parol, or Christmas star. A strange, yet rather nice idiosyncracy, i think. 🙂
